The activities will be internally evaluated each six months (two times
during the project period). Two internal reviewers will check correspondence
between the accomplished activities and the proposed ones. Recommendations
on points of deviation and problems will be given. The internal reviewers
will send their reports to an external reviewer who will revise their
evaluation and give his suggestions and comments.

Feedback from end users of different modules will improve the quality of
the project.

Inviting interested specialists to give their advice, comments, and
recommendations to optimize the quality of the project.

Obtaining approval for each project stage from the university
administration and legal authorities.

Holding monitoring and evaluation workshops and inviting experts from both
universities and private sector for revision, and endorsement.
