The MIS will be applied in 13 faculties and one institute; namely, the Faculties of Science, Medicine, Dentist Medicine, Engineering, Commerce, Nursing, Agriculture, Education, Specific Education, Arts, Pharmacy, Law, and the institute of Nursing. Those faculties are distributed among 5 campuses: Medical, Seperpai, Commerce, Education, and Specific Education campuses. The MIS will be implemented in these locations to manipulate the following:

• Information system to manage the Education and Undergraduate Students' Affairs and Exam Works (annual system and credit hours system).

• Information system to manage the Postgraduate Students and Research Affairs.

• Information system to manage the Academic Staff and Assistants Affairs.

• Integration with the Supreme Council for Universities (SCU) systems.
